Diotec Semiconductor BAS70-05W Schottky Diode is a general‑purpose dual Schottky diode configured as one pair with a common cathode, designed for space‑constrained applications. This diode features a high reverse voltage of up to 70V, 200mW of power dissipation, and a typical low capacitance of ~2pF. The BAS70-05W Schottky diode offers low forward voltage, low leakage current, and low junction capacitance. This Schottky diode operates at -55°C to 150°C operating junction and storage temperature range. The BAS70-05W Schottky diode is Pb-free, RoHS-compliant (without exemptions), and REACH-compliant. This diode is housed in an ultra‑small SOT‑323 (SC‑70) surface‑mount package. The BAS70-05W diode is ideal for signal processing, high-speed switching, and polarity protection.
