Infineon Technologies REF3K3W3LFCPSU AC-DC Power Supply Reference Design is a 3.3kW high-frequency, high-density power supply unit (PSU) designed for server telecom applications. The front-end AC-DC converter features a 3-level flying capacitor (3LFC) implemented with 400V CoolSiC™ for power factor correction. The high-frequency (500kHz) DC-DC converter (provides isolation and regulates the output voltage) is a GaN LLC half-bridge, with full-bridge rectification. The Infineon Technologies REF3K3W3LFCPSU includes a baby-boost stage to hold up time requirements.
