Infineon 1EDN751x/1EDN851x EiceDriver™ Gate Driver ICs are fast, precise, rugged, 1-channel, low-side 4/8A gate driver ICs designed to support standard-level MOSFETs, high-speed superjunction MOSFETs, as well as IGBTs and GaN Power devices.

Precise, High-speed Performance
The 1EDN751x/1EDN851x EiceDriver Gate Driver ICs' 5ns slew rate enables the devices to support high-speed superjunction MOSFETs. In addition, the 8A sink and 4A source driver capability allows fast switching for very high-efficiency applications and powers low-ohmic MOSFETs.

Rugged Performance
The 1EDN751x/1EDN851x EiceDriver Gate Driver ICs' control and enable inputs are LV-TTL compatible (CMOS 3.3V) and have an input voltage range from -5V to +20V. The -10 V input pin robustness protects the driver against latch-up or electrical overstress which can be induced by parasitic ground inductances. This greatly enhances system stability.

Fully Compatible
The devices' pinout and packages are fully compatible to the industry standard, allowing the 1EDN751x/1EDN851x Gate Driver ICs to serve drop-in replacements for existing designs.
