Samtec NovaRay® Extreme Performance High-Density Arrays

Samtec NovaRay® Extreme Performance High-Density Arrays are 0.80mm board-to-board interconnects with a 1.80mm pitch and tight impedance control. The NovaRay connectors feature low crosstalk to 40GHz+, 112Gbps PAM4 per channel, and 112x fully-shielded differential pairs per square inch. As stack height increases, the NVAM terminals and NVAF sockets offer minimal variance in data rates (4.0Tbps aggregate data rate). Samtec NovaRay Extreme Performance High-Density Arrays consume 40% less space versus traditional arrays with the same data throughout.
