u-blox Bluetooth BMD-300 Series BLE Modules

u-blox BMD-300, BMD-301, and BMD-350 Bluetooth Low Energy v5 Modules are powerful, highly flexible, ultra-low power devices based on the nRF52832 SoC from Nordic Semiconductor. These Modules combine a Bluetooth 5 compliant 2.4GHz transceiver, 64MHz Arm Cortex M4F CPU, 512kB of flash memory, 64kB RAM options, and a suite of analog and digital peripherals into a miniaturized package.

With an internal DC-DC converter and intelligent power control, the BMD-300 Series provide class-leading power efficiency, enabling ultra-low power sensitive applications. Regulatory pre-approvals reduce the burden to enter the market, and the included BMD Software Suite provides access to great features like a secure BLE and UART bootloader, iOS and Android Bluetooth libraries, and more.

The BMD-300 Module features an integrated antenna for design simplicity, while the BMD-301 Module adds antenna flexibility with a U.FL connector. The BMD-350 is a miniaturized variant of the BMD-300 module in an ultra-compact 6.4mm x 8.65mm x 1.5mm package.
