ROHM Semiconductor BU45K/BU46K Series Voltage Detector ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BU45K/BU46K Series Voltage Detector ICs with built-in counter timer offer a low current consumption of 2.3μA (Typ.) and high accuracy detection voltage of ±1.0%. The BU45K/BU46K series has a detection voltage range of 2.3V to 4.8V with a counter-timer delay circuit built-in, eliminating the need for an external capacitor. 

The ROHM Semiconductor BU45K/BU46K series provides two output types, N-Channel Open Drain and CMOS Output, allowing users more flexibility. Two internal fixed delay times are available (200ms and 400ms) as required by an application.
