ROHM Semiconductor BD45xxx and BD46xxx Voltage Detector ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD45xxx and BD46xxx voltage detector ICs are designed as highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector ICs with a built-in counter timer delay circuit. The built-in counter timer delay circuit eliminates the need for an external capacitor for the delay time setting. The BD45xxx and BD46xxx voltage detector ICs feature two low output types (Nch open drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages ranging from 2.3V to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V. Operating from a temperature range -40°C to +105°C, BD45xxx and BD46xxx voltage detector ICs from ROHM provide a highly accurate voltage detection to ±1.0%, ultra-low current consumption of 0.85μA (typical), and three internal, fixed delay times of 50ms, 100ms, and 200ms. Available in a 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm package, the BD45xxx and BD46xxx series are ideal for circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
