ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

ROHM Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified high-reliability diodes. These diodes offer a Peak pulse power (PPP) of 24W to 230W. The Automotive TVS diodes exhibit a reverse breakdown voltage range (VBR) between 5.32V and 34.65V and a 0.87A to 6A peak pulse current (IPP) range. These diodes provide excellent ESD protection and are available in various packages.
