Nexperia PESD Series ESD Protection Diodes
Nexperia PESD Series ESD Protection Diodes are bidirectional and designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transients. These diodes highlight a high reverse standoff, an ultra-low diode capacitance, and ESD protection up to 30kV. The Nexperia PESD Series is ideal for a wide variety of applications, including NFC antenna and high-speed data lines protection. The series includes models that are AEC-Q101 qualified.
