Nexperia ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche

Nexperia ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche offer a 40VDS to 60VDS maximum drain-source voltage, 16ID to 40ID drain current range, and 7.9QGD gate-drain charge. ASFETs are full automotive qualified to AEC-Q101 and offer high robustness, reliability, and LFPAK copper clip package technology. Nexperia ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche are ideal for 12V, 24V, and 48V automotive systems, repetitive avalanche topologies, and engine control applications.
