Diodes Incorporated DSCxA065LP Silicon Carbide Schottky Diodes feature superior reverse leakage stability at high temperatures in a DFN8080 package. The robust, industry-standard DFN8080 package is made of plastic, a "green" molding compound.

The Diodes DSCxA065LP Schottky diodes are ideal for use as rectifiers, freewheel diodes, or blocking diodes in power factor correction, industrial motor drivers, power inverters, SMPS, and UPS.
