TDK EIA 0201 and 01005 TVS Diode Sample Kit consists of 10 types of ultra-compact components designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD). These TVS diodes provide excellent clamping voltage, low leakage, and fast response time for state-of-the-art protection. Capacitance values starting from 0.18pF enable excellent signal integrity on demanding high-speed interfaces, such as HDMI, USB 3.1, Thunderbolt, and Display Port. The ultra-small SMD package comes in a thickness of 100µm and 150µm, ideal for use in smartphones, smartwatches, wireless earbuds, and other wearables. The TDK EIA 0201 and 01005 TVS Diode Sample Kit includes packages with EIA sizes 0201 and 01005.
