Sterowniki oświetlenia LED na podczerwień MPQ7231

MPQ7231 firmy Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) to stałoprądowe sterowniki oświetlenia LED na podczerwień (IR) ze zintegrowanymi funkcjami ochrony oczu. Charakteryzują się zakresem napięcia wejściowego od 6 V do 42 V i są idealne do sterowania jedną lub dwiema diodami LED IR. Sterowniki LED MPQ7231 są skonfigurowane do pracy w trybie obniżającym lub obniżająco-podwyższającym i osiągają odpowiednio do 3 A i 2,4 A natężenia prądu szczytowego (ILED_PEAK). Sterowniki te wykorzystują zaawansowaną technologię BCD FET w celu zminimalizowania strat omowych i zapewnienia bardzo niskiej rezystancji włączenia MOSFET o wartości 44 mΩ (HS-FET) i 40 mΩ (LS-FET). Typowe zastosowania obejmują systemy wykrywania stanu kierowcy (DMS), oświetlenie IR do kamer samochodowych i systemy nadzoru.
