Vishay / Siliconix DG2750 Low Voltage Dual SPDT Analog Switches

Vishay / Thin Film DG2750 Low Voltage Dual SPDT Analog Switches are capable of negative swing audio without DC blocking the capacitor. The audio signal can swing over the range from ((V+) - 5) to V+ with a single power supply. The low on-resistance SPDT has 1.4V high logic, a latch-up current of >600mA, and reduced power consumption. These bidirectional switches allow an easy interface with low voltage DSP or ASIC control logic. The devices are assembled in a compact mQFN10 package measuring 1.4mm x 1.8mm x 0.55mm and an ultra-thin UTMQFN version with a 0.35mm thickness.
