Texas Instruments TPSM84424EVM-013 0.6V to 10V Output, 4A Power Module Evaluation Module is configured to evaluate the operation of the TPSM84424, which operates with a 4.5V to 17V input voltage range. Input and output voltages are monitored through capacitors accommodating the entire range. The TPSM84424EVM-013 supplies the full output current rating. Test points monitor and measure efficiency, power dissipation, input ripple, output ripple, line and load regulation, and transient response. A configuration jumper is used to set one of six popular values. The ENABLE, PGOOD, and CLK features are used via the provided control test points and component footprints.
