Texas Instruments TPS3704Q1EVM Evaluation Module (EVM)
Texas Instruments TPS3704Q1EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the TPS3704-Q1, which is a multi-channel window supervisor and reset IC in a SOT-23 (DDF) package. TPS3704Q1EVM monitors single-, dual-, triple-, and quad-voltage rails. The input voltage for the evaluation module operates up to 6V. This evaluation module can be used with any TPS3704x-Q1 device variants in the DDF package. Test points are provided to give the user additional access, if needed, for an oscilloscope or multimeter measurements. The Texas Instruments TPS3704Q1EVM comes pre-populated with TPS37044A7OHDDFRQ1. This option is capable of monitoring four distinct input voltage rails and outputting an active-low RESET signal on RESET1 and/or RESET2, depending on the state of the input voltages. If users need a different option, the existing device must be removed from the board and replaced. The evaluation module is designed to support all possible options by changing jumper configurations.
Features
- Accommodates multiple channel variants (single-, dual-, triple-, and quad-voltage monitoring)
- Operates different output topologies (open-drain or push-pull)
- Monitors direct voltage rail or monitored voltage can be divided down
- Option to use different pull-up voltage on all /RESET outputs via jumper
- Optional input voltage monitoring with RC input filter (via jumpers) for noise suppression
- 8-pin SOT-23 DDF package
