Texas Instruments LM5175RHFEVM-HD Buck-Boost Controller Evaluation Module (EVM) demonstrates the compact buck-boost design of the LM5175. The LM5175 is a high-performance 4-switch buck-boost controller. This evaluation module is designed to operate from an input voltage range of 5.5V-42V. It also provides a regulated 12V output with a load current up to 6A. The high-efficiency transition region control method of the Texas Instruments LM5175 produces high efficiency. The switching frequency of the device is set at 400kHz and can be synchronized to an external clock signal.
