Texas Instruments CDC6C/CDC6C-Q1 LVCMOS Output BAW Oscillators

Texas Instruments CDC6C/CDC6C-Q1 LVCMOS Output BAW Oscillators integrate micro-resonator technology directly into a package, allowing for low-jitter clock circuitry. Like other silicon-based fabrication processes, BAW is fully designed and manufactured at TI factories. The CDC6C-Q1 devices are fixed-frequency oscillator that incorporates the BAW as the resonator source. These oscillators are designed for reference clocks and core clocks in automotive applications.

The CDC6C/CDC6C-Q1 devices are low-jitter, low-power, fixed-frequency oscillators that incorporates the BAW as the resonator source. It is factory-programmed per a specific frequency and function pin. With a frequency control logic and output frequency divider, the CDC6C is capable of producing any frequency within the specified range, providing a single device family for all frequency needs.

The device features high-performance clocking, mechanical stability, lower power consumption, and small package options. It is designed for reference and core clocks in industrial, telecom, data, enterprise networks, and personal electronics end equipment.
