TDK TPX20-MT Multilayer LTCC Triplexers

TDK TPX20-MT Multilayer LTCC Triplexers achieve miniaturization (0805 or 1008 case-sized, 8-terminal, SMD packages) with low insertion loss and high functionality. A triplexer is used in the I/O part of an antenna, and has functions to separate or combine three different frequency signals during transmission and reception, and is also used in CA (carrier aggregation) circuits. The TPX components are designed for applications using a combination of GPS, dual-band WiFi, BLUETOOTH®, and/or Zigbee for connectivity in the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The TDK TPX20-MT Multilayer LTCC Triplexers also include 50Ω models with varying levels of insertion loss, including 0.38dB, 0.43dB, 0.47dB, 0.5dB, 0.58dB, 0.59dB, and 0.62dB. These devices are ideal for embedding in modules.
