ROHM Semiconductor DC Brush Motor Drivers

ROHM Semiconductor DC Brush Motor Drivers are reversible driver ICs designed specifically for brush motor applications. DC Brush Motor Drivers can operate at a wide power supply voltage range from 5.5V to 36V, with output currents of up to 3A. ROHM DC Brush Motor Driver ICs drive brush motors via H-Bridge and incorporate Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), brake, and forward/reverse modes. ROHM Semiconductor DC Brush Motor Drivers are offered in a wide range of voltages, currents, pin configurations, and package types for design flexibility.
