Renesas Electronics RL78/G22 16-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers
Renesas Electronics RL78/G22 16-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers improve power efficiency with low power consumption. Built-in features such as a high-precision (±1%) high-speed on-chip oscillator, background operation data flash capable of 1 million rewrites, temperature sensor, and interface ports for multiple power supplies help reduce system costs and size. The RL78/G22 MCUs provide a true low-power platform offering a 37.5μA/MHz operating current, 200nA stop current, 32/64KB code flash memory, and 4KB RAM in a 1.6V to 5.5V range. The Renesas Electronics RL78/G22 16-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers feature up to 29 capacitive touch sensors and 16 to 48 pins.Features
