Qorvo TGA2962EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo TGA2962EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate a wideband TGA2962 power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN using the Silicon Carbide (SiC) process. This power amplifier is designed to operate from 2GHz to 20GHz frequency bandwidth and provides 10W of saturated power with 13dB large signal gain. The TGA2962EVB evaluation board is built with Rogers 6035HTC dielectric, 0.01" thick, and 0.5oz. copper on both sides. This evaluation board, in combination with the TGA2962 amplifier, is ideal for wideband communication systems, military, electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and radar applications.
