Qorvo QPA2211 10W GaN Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA2211 10W GaN Power Amplifier is a Ka-band power amplifier fabricated on 0.15µm GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). Operating from 27.5GHz to 31GHz, this amplifier achieves 5W linear power with lower than -25dBc intermodulation distortion products and 24dB small-signal gain. Saturated output power is greater than 10W with an associated power-added efficiency of 26%. The QPA2211 amplifier is housed in a 10-lead 15.2mm x 15.2mm x 3.5mm bolt-down package with a Cu base for superior thermal management. The QPA2211 is fully matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both I/O ports to simplify system integration. Qorvo QPA2211 power amplifier is ideally suited to support satellite communications and 5G infrastructure.
