Texas Instruments TPS25752A Evaluation Module (EVM) supports single-port USB Type-C^® and Power Delivery (PD) applications in source-only mode. This EVM enables users to develop various power profiles and debug existing systems for the TPS25752A systems. The TPS25752A EVM features an easy-to-use GUI with pre-configured firmware to configure voltage ranges, charging protocols, and all aspects of the attached TPS25752A USB-PD controller. The GUI creates the configuration image for the user's application, reducing much of the complexity associated with competitive USB-PD designs. The TPS25752A EVM provides multiple test points and headers for quick and easy debugging of signals such as VBUS, CCx, and ADCINx. Typical applications include battery packs, power banks, retail automation and payment, wireless speakers, cordless vacuum cleaners, personal or portable electronics, and medical and healthcare.
