IXYS N1718NC200 Capsule Type Phase Control Thyristor comes in a W11 package type and operates in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range. The device is primarily intended for applications with line frequencies up to 400Hz and is suitable for applications with line voltages from 230V to over 1000V. Typical applications include industrial DC drives, controlled rectifiers, marine/rail propulsion systems, wind power converters, electrochemical power supplies, and soft starters.
