Układy nadzorcze TPS3840/TPS3840-A1 firmy Texas Instruments o dużym napięciu wejściowym i bardzo niskiej mocy obsługują szeroki zakres napięcia Vwe, co umożliwia monitorowanie szyn napięcia 9 V i akumulatorów bez zewnętrznych komponentów oraz szyn 24 V z zewnętrznymi rezystorami. Niezwykle mały prąd spoczynkowy Iq wydłuża żywotność baterii w zastosowaniach o małej mocy i minimalizuje pobór prądu w przypadku stosowania rezystorów zewnętrznych. Niewielkie opóźnienie rozruchu pozwala wykrywać błędy napięcia przed włączeniem zasilania pozostałej części systemu, zapewniając maksymalne bezpieczeństwo w warunkach niebezpiecznej usterki rozruchu.
