LTM4658 Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4658 Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulators are complete 10A step-down switching mode μModule® regulators. The LTM4658 is housed in a 4mm × 4mm × 4.32mm LGA package. Included in the package are the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductor, and all support components. The LTM4658 operates over an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and supports an output voltage range of 0.5V to VIN set by external resistors. Its high-efficiency design delivers a 10A continuous output current. Only ceramic input and output capacitors are needed.
