Panasonic Industrial Devices AQZ19x High Capacity PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQZ19x High Capacity PhotoMOS® are power relays in a slim SIL 4-pin package (24.5mm x 4.5mm x 20.5mm) to save space. This series offers a low on-resistance of 8mΩ typical, a high sensitivity of 0.7mA typical, and a low off-state leakage current of 10µA maximum. These high-capacity relays can switch a wide range of currents and voltages while controlling various types of loads, from small to 10A maximum current for sequencers, motors, and lamps. The triac, photocoupler, or SSR cannot be used to control signals of less than several hundred mV. Panasonic AQZ19x High Capacity PhotoMOS features an extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage, enabling control of low-level analog signals without distortion.
