NXP Semiconductors Kinetis KV5x 240MHz Cortex-M7 Microcontrollers are real-time control MCUs primarily targeting high-performance industrial motor-control, industrial drives/automation, and power conversion applications. The KV5x MCUs provide an easy migration path from the KV4x MCUs with additional memory, Ethernet communications, and high-precision peripheral options. These MCUs are compatible with all Kinetis V MCUs to provide a highly scalable migration path between high performance and rich feature integration.Features

- Ethernet option with a true random number generator and cryptographic unit

- Two eFlexPWM blocks provide 4 independent time bases per module with a highly flexible configuration
- A single eFlexPWM block featuring 12 channels with the nano-edge capability
