Nexperia BAS21Q High-Voltage Switching Diodes
Nexperia BAS21Q High-Voltage Switching Diodes are encapsulated in DFN1110D-3 and DFN1412D-3 leadless SMD plastic packages with side-wettable flanks. These diodes operate at trr ≤50ns high switching speed, VR ≤200V high reverse voltage, 0.5mm low package height, and Cd ≤5pF low capacitance. The BAS21Q diodes feature low leakage current and are used in applications such as high-speed switching, general-purpose switching, voltage clamping, and reverse polarity protection.
