XP Power AQM Series Medical Power Supplies
XP Power AQM Series Medical Power Supplies are ultra-compact, medically approved AC-DC power supplies available in 200W, 250W, and 300W versions to address a variety of medical applications. The AQM series is based on wide-bandgap Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, enabling an ultra-compact case size of approximately half the volume of previous-generation products. The units have efficiencies up to 94% and consume less than 150mW in standby mode, meeting energy efficiency Level VI. The low no-load power increases efficiency and reduces waste heat.
Class I and Class II versions of all variants are available, enabling use in professional healthcare facilities such as hospitals and remotely in patients' homes or workplaces. A wide range of international safety and EMI approvals, including EN/IEC 60601-1, EN 61000, and EN 55032, 4th edition medical EMC compliance, and 2 x MOPP protection, significantly reduce design time, risk, and approval costs. XP Power AQM Series Medical Power Supplies deliver full output power up to +40°C and can be used with derating up to +60°C.
