Vishay VOH260A High-Speed Optocoupler
Vishay VOH260A High-Speed Optocoupler single channel 10MBd optocoupler available with 8-pin SMD package. This high-speed optocoupler utilizes a highly efficient input LED, coupled to a high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output. The VOH260A optocoupler provides common mode transient immunity of 15kV/μs. This high-speed optocoupler features an open drain output. Typical applications include microprocessor system interface, ground loop elimination, digital bus systems isolation, high-speed A/D and D/A conversion, and digital control power supply.
