Vishay SiC451EVB-A microBUCK® Evaluation Board
Vishay SiC451EVB-A microBUCK® Evaluation Board is a power management IC development tool for the SiC451 PMBus 1.3 compliant non-isolated DC-DC buck regulator. The SiC451 is powered on a 4.5V to 20V input with a 25A output current. The SiC451 Regulator can accommodate various applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial.
