Vishay Semiconductors TSSP93038 IR Sensor Module
Vishay Semiconductors TSSP93038 IR Sensor Modules are the next generation of compact infrared detector modules for presence, proximity, or light curtain applications. Each device provides an active low output in response to infrared bursts at 940nm. The frequency of the burst should correspond to the carrier frequency shown in the parts table for presence sensing. The Vishay Semiconductors TSSP93038 has not been qualified according to automotive specifications.

- Presence sensor of up to 2m distance
- A light barrier of up to 12m distance, TSAL6200 with IF = 50mA
- Fast proximity of up to 2m range at 5ms response time
- 2.0V to 3.6V supply voltage
