Vishay / Vitramon GA....31G Automotive SMT Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified with PPAP available and include body sizes ranging from 0402 to 2225. These MLCCs are manufactured in precious metal technology (PMT/NME) and a wet build process. The construction features a 100% matte tin-plate finish termination for soldering and high operating temperatures.
