Toshiba TC7MBL3xCFT Digital Bus Switch ICs include 8-bit, 2-bit, and 1-bit low-voltage/low capacitance bus switches. These devices are suitable for high-speed interfacing in low-voltage systems. The low on-resistance of the switch allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay time. Toshiba TC7MBL3xCFT Digital Bus Switch ICs have a 1.65VCC to 3.6VCC operating voltage and are offered in three package sizes.
