Texas Instruments UCC21751-Q1 Gate Driver
Texas Instruments UCC21751-Q1 Gate Driver is an automotive source/sink, reinforced-isolated, single-channel device for SiC/IGBTs with active protection. This device is a galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver designed for SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs up to 2121V DC. The UCC21751-Q1 gate driver operates voltage with advanced protection features, best-in-class dynamic performance, and robustness. This gate driver includes state-of-art protection features, such as fast overcurrent and short-circuit detection, shunt current sensing support, fault reporting, and active Miller clamp. The UCC21751-Q1 gate driver has up to ±10A peak source and sink current. The UCC21751-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This gate driver is ideal for a traction inverter for EV's, an on-board charger, and charging pile, and a DC/DC converter for HEV/EVs.
