Texas Instruments TPS54560EVM-515 Step-Down Converter EVM

Texas Instruments TPS54560EVM-515 Step-Down Converter Evaluation Module (EVM) is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS54560. The TPS54560 is a 60V 5A step-down DC-DC converter with integrated high-side MOSFET. The evaluation module operates from a 7V to 60V input (12V nominal) and provides a 5.0V output at 5A. The switching frequency of the Texas Instruments TPS54560EVM-515 is externally set at a nominal 400kHz. The high-side MOSFET is incorporated inside the TPS54560 package along with the gate-drive circuitry. The compensation components are external to the integrated circuit (IC), and an external resistor divider allows for an adjustable output voltage.
