Texas Instruments TPS1H200EVM High-Side Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPS1H200EVM 40V, 2A, 200mΩ On-Resistance High-Side Switch Evaluation Module is configured to evaluate the TPS1H200-Q1. The TPS1H200-Q1 is a high-side switch with integrated NMOS power FET and a charge pump. Different input voltages consisting of 3.4V to 40V are applied under various loading conditions of 0A to 2.5A through the TPS1H200EVM. The Texas Instruments TPS1H200EVM monitors switching waveforms and diagnostics. Additionally, the Evaluation Module features programmable current limit functions, high accuracy current sense, and is tested according to AECQ100-12.
