Texas Instruments TLVx387 High-Precision Op Amps
Texas Instruments TLVx387 High-Precision Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) come with zero-drift technology, offset voltage and offset drift that provides unparalleled long-term stability. With a mere 570µA of quiescent current, the TLVx387 can achieve 5.7MHz bandwidth, a broadband noise of 8.5nV/√Hz, and a 1/f noise at 177nVPP. These specifications are crucial to attaining extremely-high precision and no degradation of linearity in 16-bit to 24-bit analog to digital converters (ADCs). The TLVx387 features flat bias current over temperature; therefore, little to no calibration is needed in high input impedance applications over temperature. All versions of the Texas Instruments TLVx387 are specified over the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.Features
