Texas Instruments TLV321x-Q1 Automotive 40ns Push-Pull Comparator
Texas Instruments TLV321x-Q1 40ns Push-Pull Comparator is qualified for automotive applications and features an excellent speed-to-power combination. This quad-channel high-speed comparator offers a 40ns propagation delay and a 1.8V to 5V supply voltage range with a quiescent supply current of only 40µA per channel. The TLV3214-Q1 includes a power-on reset (POR) function that holds the output in a known state until the minimum supply voltage is reached, preventing output transients during system power-up and power-down. The push-pull output stage can sink and source large currents for symmetrical rise and fall times and quickly drive capacitive loads like MOSFET gates. Additional features include rail-to-rail inputs, fast response time, low offset voltage, and large output drive current. The TLV321x-Q1 push-pull comparator from TI is ideal for automotive head units, wireless and Onboard Chargers (OBC), telematics eCalls, and instrument clusters.
