Texas Instruments TCAN157x-Q1 Enhanced CAN FD SIC Transceivers
Texas Instruments TCAN157x-Q1 Enhanced CAN FD SIC Transceivers are high-speed devices that meet the physical-layer requirements of ISO 11898-2:2024 (Annex A) and support data rates up to 8Mbps. The devices are configured via SPI for full functionality. The TCAN157x-Q1 supports nominal processor I/O voltages from 1.8V to 5V, with the related voltage on VIO, allowing the use of lower-power processors. The transceivers support selective wake (the ability to wake up based on WUF identification).
The TI TCAN157x-Q1 supplies system designers the flexibility to implement features without hardware modifications and with minimal software changes. The TCAN1576-Q1 inhibit (INH) pin is utilized to either enable node power or to configure it as a limp-home pin when a watchdog error occurs.
