Texas Instruments SN74LVC541A/-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LVC541A/-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers deliver an octal buffer/driver solution designed for 2.7V to 3.6V VCC operation. The device is excellent for driving bus lines or buffering memory address registers and features inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package to help simplify printed circuit board layout. The TI SN74LVC541A/-Q1 supports mixed 3.3V/5V system environments by enabling inputs to be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. The device also supports partial-power-down applications via Ioff circuitry, which disables the outputs to help prevent damaging current backflow during power-down.

The SN74LVC541A/-Q1 is ideal for applications such as servers, PCs and notebooks, network switches, wearable health and wellness devices, telecom infrastructure, and electronic point-of-sale systems.

The SN74LVC541A-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
