Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G14/SN74LVC1G14-Q1 Inverters
Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G14/SN74LVC1G14-Q1 Single Schmitt-Trigger Inverters perform the Boolean function Y=A and additionally support a 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The device contains one independent inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs allowing different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT–) signals. This provides hysteresis (ΔVT) which makes the device tolerant to slow or noisy input signals. NanoFree™ package technology uses the die as the package, offering a major breakthrough in IC packaging concepts. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs when the device is powered down, making the SN74LVC1G14/SN74LVC1G14-Q1 fully specified for partial-power-down applications. The SN74LVC1G14-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
