Texas Instruments SN74HCT244/SN74HCT244-Q1 Buffers/Line Drivers
Texas Instruments SN74HCT244/SN74HCT244-Q1 Octal Buffers and Line Drivers are designed to improve the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. The Texas Instruments SN74HCT244/SN74HCT244-Q1 devices are organized as two 4-bit buffers or drivers with separate output-enable (OE) inputs. When OE is low, the device passes non-inverted data from the A inputs to the Y outputs. When OE is high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state. The SN74HCT244-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
- Operating voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V
- High-current outputs drive up to 15 LSTTL loads
- 80µA (maximum) ICC low power consumption
- Typical tpd = 13ns
- ±6mA output drive at 5V
- A low input current of 1µA maximum
- Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible
- 3-state outputs drive bus lines and buffer memory address registers
