Texas Instruments PSIEVM PSI Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments PSIEVM Precision Signal Injector (PSI) Evaluation Module helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). A feature of the PSIEVM Evaluation Module includes a filter for generating very-low distortion, low-noise, with a 2kHz signal input signal for driving the input of the ADC. This feature allows the module to pair well with most TI SAR ADC evaluation modules. The PSIEVM Evaluation Module presents single-ended or true differential-signal output options. A USB cable supplies the power to the board and delivers a user-interface connection to a PC.
