Texas Instruments DS90UB964-Q1 Deserializer Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments DS90UB964-Q1 Deserializer Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are versatile camera hubs capable of connecting serialized camera data received from 4 independent video data streams via an FPD-Link III interface. When coupled with DS90UB913A/913Q serializers, the DS90UB964-Q1 receives data from 1 Megapixel image sensors supporting a 720p/800p/960p resolution at 30Hz or 60Hz frame rates. Data is received and aggregated into a MIPI CSI-2 compliant output to interconnect a downstream processor. A second MIPI CSI-2 output port provides additional bandwidth or offers a second replicated output. The Texas Instruments DS90UB964-Q1EVMTDA includes a Samtec connector for the CSI-2 output that easily connects to the TDA3x evaluation module.
