Texas Instruments ADD9813EVM & ADS9817EVM Evaluation Modules
Texas Instruments ADS9813EVM and ADS9817EVM Evaluation Modules are configured to evaluate the operation and performance of the ADS9813 and ADS9817. The ADS9813 and ADS9817 are 8-channel, 18-bit, 2MSPS/channel SAR ADCs with an integrated analog front end and ADC reference.
The TI ADS9813EVM and ADS9817EVM Evaluation Modules feature a standard FMC connector that can interface with traditional FPGA development boards. The computer software that works with the TSWDC155EVM (sold separately) is supplied to facilitate the user's communication with the ADC over a universal serial bus (USB), capture data, and perform data analysis.
