Texas Instruments ADS92x4R Dual-Channel SAR ADCs
Texas Instruments ADS92x4R dual-channel SAR ADCs offer pin-compatible, high-speed, simultaneous sampling with an integrated reference and reference buffer. The ADS92x4R ADCs operate from a single 5V supply and support unipolar operation. The device offers fully differential analog input signals with excellent DC and AC specifications. With high AC performance, the ADS92x4R ADCs provide analog input frequencies up to 1.5MHz, which makes the device suitable for wide-bandwidth data acquisition (DAQ) systems. The ADCs support SPI-compatible serial (enhanced-SPI) and byte-wide parallel interfaces, making the device easy to pair with a diversity of microcontrollers, digital signal processors (DSPs), and field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). A data averaging feature boosts AC performance in noisy environments on the ADS92x4R ADCs.
The Texas Instruments ADS92x4R is available in a space-saving, 5mm × 5mm VQFN package and is specified for the extended temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
