Texas Instruments ADS9226 SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC)

Texas Instruments ADS9226 SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is a dual-channel, simultaneous-sampling ADC with an integrated reference buffer. The device can operate on a single supply, supporting unipolar analog input signals with excellent DC and AC specifications. The device supports an interface, making the ADS9226 easy to pair with various microcontrollers, digital signal processors (DSPs), and field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). The device comes in a space-saving, 5mm × 5mm VQFN package. The Texas Instruments ADS9226 is specified for the extended temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
